Contact details (name, email, phone) submitted through forms, demo requests or account registration; company information you share when scoping a project or support request; and content you or your organisation upload into a Fooyo product, such as documents indexed by the AI Knowledge Base.

Usage data such as pages viewed, features used and session duration; device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location; and cookies and similar technologies, described further below.
Information from third parties
Where you connect a Fooyo product to another system — a CRM or ticketing platform, for example — we receive the data needed to deliver the integration, limited to what the connected product is configured to share.

How we share your information
We do not sell personal data. We share information with sub-processors and infrastructure providers who help us run Fooyo, under contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms; with professional advisers and regulators where required by law; and with a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to the same protections described in this policy.

We use essential cookies to run the site and, where you consent, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law or contract. Data uploaded into a Fooyo product is retained under the terms of the relevant customer agreement and deleted on request after contract end.
Data security
Every Fooyo deployment runs in a private cloud environment with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Automated workflows include human review gates for sensitive actions. No system is completely secure, and we continuously review our safeguards as threats evolve.

International data transfers
Fooyo operates from Singapore with a development branch in Chengdu. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognised under applicable law.
Children's privacy
Fooyo products are built for enterprise use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our products and legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated directly to affected customers.
