How to engage digital savvy visitors online and offline?

MICE visitors are getting more tech savvy. The Chinese visitors are both tech savvy and social network savvy. They have unique digital behaviours where WeChat is the most important channel for digital engagements and information sharing.

The Solution

Smart Event Mini Program is an O2O(online-to-offline) event engagement tool for MICE visitors to explore contents in the event venue and engage with contents offered by the event organiser.


During the event, a "Passion Point" treasure hunt game was developed and it went very popular. Visitors can scan the offline passion points QR codes to know more about Singapore and win a Yakun F&B prize if they collect 6 passion points out of 8 and share on their WeChat moment and receive 5+ likes.
