Experience Singapore(玩转新加坡) is a WeChat-based Mini Program helping Chinese FIT(Free Independent Tourists) and MICE(Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) tourists discover authentic local experiences and deals before and after arriving in Singapore.

The Challenge

Chinese tourists have unique demand for digital engagements. They are tech-savvy and used to digital tools such as e-payments and e-vouchers. WeChat is the super-application they use for both social and business engagements.

Downloading a new mobile application is no longer viable for Chinese tourists. They prefer to access services directly via WeChat Mini Programs(Mini Programs are mobile apps within the WeChat ecosystem which does not require users to download a new mobile app).
